Dunfermline Upper station closed to passengers on October 7, 1968 and remained largely intact until the site was finally
cleared in 1989 to allow construction of the Carnegie Drive Retail Park. These images were captured by my father,
Peter Carr, in the mid-1980's after the last remaining lines had been lifted. The indentations left by the sleepers are
still clearly visible.
